One day I would love to visit the South Pole. While working on a WebQuest that deals with the Emperor Penguin, I became really interested in the idea of going to Antarctica. Even more specific...standing at the South Pole. I mean...how many people can say that they did that?!?! I read that the scenery is something to see with the penguins, seals, whales, glaciers, etc. You can leave out of South America or New Zealand. Maybe one day I can say that I was at the South Pole!

Someplace that I always wanted to visit is the Four Corners in the US. This is where Utah, Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico meet. This is the only place in the US where you can be in four states at one time. All you have to do is reach for each state with your arms and legs. It's just one of those things that you just got to do...lol.

The other day I was searching on the Internet and came across an interesting site. It showed tubing in Vang Vieng, Laos. This looks like so much fun. All you do is pay someone to drive you 3kms up the river and then you spend all day floating down it. There are bars along the river that you can stop at. The scenery is gorgeous! This is something that I definitely want to try SOON!!!

Another interesting place that I would like to go is The Peabody Hotel in Memphis, TN. I heard that the duck march is something to see. The ducks come down an elevator at 11 am. and then a red carpet is rolled out for the ducks to march down to. Then they swim in the fountain until 5 pm. Then they load up in the elevator to go to the roof where they stay. Has anyone seen this? To learn more click here.

I always thought that a good weekend trip would be to Easton, PA to see the Crayola Crayon factory. I think it would be interesting to see how Crayola crayons and markers are made. Tour guides give live demonstrations to show how they are made. Even though this is not where they really make the crayons, it shows you the same thing. If you have been here, please tell me about your experience.

The Eiffel Tower is an amazing structure that is known throughout the world. Going to the top of it has always been a dream of mine. I have seen plenty of movies, shows, and pictures of it, but something has always drawn me into it. I guess I like how it overlooks everything. Opening in 1889, this structure has seen millions of people. One day I am going to go to Paris and overlook the city on the top of the Eiffel Tower!

One thing that I would love to do is go skydiving. I heard that it is one of the best experiences. I think that it would be really terrifying, but it is something that I would love to try one day. The freefall would be something that I would remember forever. I heard that a great place to go is Utah because of the scenery. Does anyone else have any ideas of where to go?
